The SY-259 message on hold player comes with everything that you will need to plug the unit into any standard PBX telephone system. The SY-259 will be delivered to your door with the message preloaded into the unit. All that you will have to do is plug it in and set the volume.

There will be NO USB drive nightmares or computer classes required to get you started. Beware of our competitors that have “hocus pocus” secrets—such as secret products, secret pricing plans, secret employees, special financing, must know your mother’s name before they talk to you (like they are doing you a favor) so you can be on 35 unintended mailing lists forever, revolving fees or user software that swears that it is easy to use, but takes all day to set up and then it locks up constantly. Message on hold should not be a Ninja activity.

Although Mastrhold does not recommend a message on hold production that is longer than
three (3) minutes for the small office user, we will be more than happy to provide you with what you want. But in a small office environment, three (3) minutes is a long time to be on hold (unless you behave like some large companies that consider their customers a nuisance and leave them on hold for 20 minutes).

Additionally, on the occasion that you need a customer to stay on hold for longer than three (3) minutes, they would have the opportunity to hear your vital information again so there is a better chance that your promotions will stick in their head.
