The MastrHold Ordering Process

Ordering Mastrhold is easy. In four (4) easy steps, you can have a professional voice highlighting your business that will greet every potential customer while they wait to be serviced. In one phone call, you have given your company a voice and a reputable skeleton to build from. Just follow along to get started!

STEP 1 : LISTEN TO MUSIC AND VOICE DEMOS

Mastrhold has created multiple message templates for you to choose from here. Please take a moment to listen to the choices here and pick the background music and voice talent you like the most. REMEMBER: YOU CAN COMBINE AND SWITCH THE MUSIC AND THE VOICE. If you like the music in the first sample, for example, but like the voice used in the third, we can create a demo for you to hear.


STEP 2 : BUILD YOUR SCRIPT

Most of our customers like our scriptwriters to handle the entire script development process, but you may want to submit your own message. Either way, we will be happy to work with you.

We have designed the following easy to use worksheet to give you a base template to get us started. Click here to download the Mastrhold Script Builder Worksheets.
You can print out the worksheets or edit them in MS word. When you have finished editing, just email either completed form back to us at service@mastrhold.com. We will respond back to you within 48 hours with a final version script for your approval! Of course a member of our staff is always available for questions.

With the Mastrhold standard message program you can expect 3 minutes of professional voice talent that will give your customers a quality on hold experience while they wait to speak with your staff.

With the Mastrhold Pro message program you can look forward to 6 minutes of the same high quality message production. Just fill out the development template or supply your own script.

One of our scriptwriters will respond back to you within 48 hours with a preliminary version for your approval. Once we have received your final script approval, you can expect message delivery within 4 to 10 business days.

STEP 3 : FINALIZE THE SCRIPT

Send your script to us at the our email service@mastrhold.com (or you can fax it). Only after you have reviewed and approved a final version script from us will you return to checkout to supply your payment information. It is really that simple!

STEP 4 : CHECKOUT


After you have approved your script, decide which Mastrhold production plan that you want to use and proceed to checkout. You will have the professional production that you want prepared in 4 to 10 business days and then delivered to your door.
