WHAT IS MastrHold?
The Mastrhold SY-259 is a state-of-the-art DIGITAL MESSAGE PLAYBACK DEVICE that is designed to provide a continual message playback source for any message on hold application.
The unit is self contained and operates with a proprietary audio reference source that prevents any unauthorized playback, removal or unlicensed audio recordings from being accessed or added to the device.
This feature also greatly reduces startup costs and set-up time since the end user does not need the software, equipment or the expertise to program the unit for operation. The proprietary audio reference also allows for a much cleaner and warmer audio playback sound that more resembles the human voice since the message recording is not subjected to the extreme compression protocols of mps or wav files.
When input power is applied the unit will automatically self start and play the messages stored in its memory in a continual rotation. When input power is removed from the unit, the SY-259 will retain its message memory and the auto-start feature indefinitely.
The Mastrhold SY-259 has an internal volume control, monitor speaker and a tone control that will help the installer to adjust the unit for use in any audio playback application. With both an 8 ohm and a 600 ohm output, the SY-259 can operate into any standard MOH input.
